Ordering
It's very convenient, fast, and secure to order from our Online-Store.
You can learn more about our security measures and privacy policy on the

page. If you are still not comfortable with ordering online, we will be
happy to fill your order using more traditional methods:
Credit Card orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. Upon receipt of payment in the form of money
order or certified check, item(s) will also be shipped within 1 to 2 business
days. (Personal checks need 7 to 10 days to clear before item(s) will be
shipped.)

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus), money
orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. If you wish to pay by certified cheques or money order please call us at: (416) 966-9445 .
For International orders, we accept credit cards, International Money Orders or American bank drafts only.
Layaway is also available; please ask for details. Customer pays for
shipping and handling which will be added accordingly.
Additional charges may be added on 2nd Day and Next Day shipments.
Shipping charges will be added to orders sent outside Canada.
Shipping
Shipping and handling fees:
1 Item ............... $ 10.00
2-3 Items .......... $ 15.00
4-5 Items .......... $ 20.00
... for each additional item we offer shipping discount.
Most orders are shipped two to three days after we receive them.
During peak periods we sometimes experience a short delay. We ship all
items via UPS Service. The average delivery time is 5 to
7 business days, however faster shipping services are available at
additional cost. Please use your street address as the shipping address
since UPS cannot ship to a P.O. box.
Back Orders
Occasionally we run short of an item ordered. When this happens, we
will ship your order with all in-stock items without delay. We will note
on your invoice which items are not in stock and when we expect to
receive more. Please place your order again at that time. Your credit
card will only be charged for shipped items and your shipping costs will
be calculated on those items.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please
call our customer service line (shown above) within 15 days and request
a Return Authorization. Please include a copy of your invoice with all
returns or exchanges.
We will promptly refund
your payment and initial S&H provided item(s) are
received by us within 7 days in the same condition, box and packing material as
received. On International orders, item(s) are to be returned as stated above
to us within 3 weeks of receiving the item(s); returns on International orders
will be refunded for the purchase price only less initial S&H. Return
shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please
notify us by e-mail that the item is being returned. We will then e-mail you
with the alternate shipping address for returned items.
Sales Tax
All orders delivered within the province of Ontario will include 14%
sales tax ( 6% GST & 8% PST).
